Gray Malin Giveaway - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsors

The Gray Malin x SUGARED + BRONZED Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Gray Malin and Sugared + Bronzed (“Sponsors”), 8605 Santa Monica Blvd., PMB 288393, West Hollywood, CA 90069-4109.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and shareholders of Sponsors, as well as their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family members” means a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 2, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends September 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Giveaway Period”).

Sponsor’s systems will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, an eligible participant must complete all of the following steps on Instagram or TikTok:

Like the official Giveaway post on the platform used to enter;
Follow @sugaredandbronzed and @graymalin on the platform used to enter; and
Tag at least one friend in a comment on the official Giveaway post.

All required steps must be completed during the Giveaway Period for an entry to be eligible.

An entrant may receive one base entry through Instagram and one base entry through TikTok, for a maximum of two base entries. To enter on both platforms, the entrant must complete all required entry steps on each platform.

Each additional eligible friend an entrant tags in a separate comment earns that entrant one bonus entry. Tagged friends do not receive entries unless they separately enter the Giveaway themselves. An entrant may receive no more than 10 bonus entries total across Instagram and TikTok combined.

Each tagged account must belong to a real person personally known to the entrant. Entrants may not tag the same person repeatedly, tag themselves, use fake or duplicate accounts, or use automated entry methods. Comments must comply with the applicable platform’s rules.

Incomplete, inaccurate, late, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant entries are void. An entry is deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram or TikTok account used to enter. Sponsors may require proof that an entrant is the authorized account holder.

If an entrant uses more than one social media account to enter, all entries associated with those accounts remain subject to the entry limits stated in these Official Rules.

5. Prizes

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Large Gray Malin “Newport Beach Lifeguard Stand” framed print and one (1) Signature Service from SUGARED + BRONZED. One (1) winner will be selected from eligible Instagram entries, and one (1) winner will be selected from eligible TikTok entries.

Winners will have the opportunity to select the Gray Malin frame style and color.

The ARV of each prize package is $1,393. The total ARV of all prizes awarded in the Giveaway is $2,786.

The SUGARED + BRONZED Signature Service is subject to the terms and conditions associated with its use. The Gray Malin framed print is subject to applicable availability, fulfillment, and shipping terms. The prize is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. The prize may not be transferred or substituted by the winner. Sponsors reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Limit one prize per person and household. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting or using the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about September 9, 2026, Sponsors will randomly select two (2) potential winners: one (1) potential winner from all eligible Instagram entries and one (1) potential winner from all eligible TikTok entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

A potential winner will be selected only once; duplicate selections of the same entrant will be disregarded and an additional entry drawn in its place.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The two (2) potential winners will be notified by direct message from @sugaredandbronzed via Instagram or TikTok, as applicable, on or about September 9, 2026.

Each potential winner may be required to provide their name, email address, mailing address, date of birth, all social media handles used to enter, and proof of identity, age, residency, account ownership, and compliance with these Official Rules. Each potential winner may also be required to complete and return eligibility, liability-release, publicity-release, or tax documents where lawful.

Any personal information requested after selection will be used to verify eligibility, administer the Giveaway, and deliver the prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond on time, is found to be ineligible, does not provide requested verification, exceeded the permitted entry limits, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsors may select an alternate potential winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

A participant is not a confirmed winner until Sponsors have verified the participant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsors and their designees permission to use the winner’s name, social media handle, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes related to the Giveaway in any media, without additional notice, approval, or compensation.

9. General Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, Instagram, TikTok, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, injuries, losses, liabilities, or damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

10. Entry Conditions and Sponsor’s Rights

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any person whom Sponsors determine, in its reasonable discretion:

Has tampered with or attempted to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway;
Has used fake, duplicate, automated, or improperly created accounts or entries;
Has provided inaccurate or misleading information;
Has acted in an abusive, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike manner; or
Has otherwise violated these Official Rules or an applicable platform’s terms.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, human error, or another event impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway, Sponsors reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway and, if appropriate, award the prize through a random drawing from the eligible, non-suspect entries received before the affected action or event.

Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, corrupted, or undeliverable entries or communications; platform outages; transmission errors; technical malfunctions; or unauthorized human intervention.

11. Privacy

Information made available to Sponsors through Instagram or TikTok, and information collected from potential winners for verification and prize fulfillment, will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with potential winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud, and otherwise operate the Giveaway in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Information collected solely for Giveaway administration will not be used to send marketing communications unless the entrant separately provides any consent required by applicable law.

12. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.

By entering, each participant completely releases Instagram and TikTok from claims arising out of or relating to the Giveaway, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Questions, comments, or complaints concerning the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsors and not to Instagram or TikTok.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor’s decisions concerning the interpretation and administration of these Official Rules are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The failure of Sponsors to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

14. Winners List

To request the first name, last initial, and state of the confirmed winner, send a written request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
